For more than 30 years, I have worked in health, wellness, and human performance as a nationally certified clinical massage therapist, holistic health educator, and transformational coach. But some of my greatest lessons came from becoming the person who needed healing.
After being diagnosed with crippling fibromyalgia, I refused to accept that exhaustion, pain, and physical limitation had to become my permanent way of life. Through natural, mindset-based therapies and supportive wellness modalities, I turned my health around. Today, I am no longer living with that constant exhaustion, and I have regained the active life I once feared I might lose.
Years later, a complex wrist fracture presented another defining moment. I was told that without surgery and metal hardware, my wrist could heal crooked, look abnormal, and possibly never function normally again.
I chose a different path.
Through persistence, mindset-based practices, and supportive natural therapies and modalities, I focused on giving my body every opportunity to heal. I needed only two physical therapy appointments, and both my doctor and physical therapist told me they could not believe how quickly and correctly my wrist had healed.
Today, my wrist looks and functions normally, with no implanted hardware!!
I also experienced debilitating sciatica, lower-back pain, and nerve compression that left me unable to work. This is where my personal BEMER story began. With time, patience, and the support of this life-changing medical device, I was able to return to work and begin enjoying my life again.
These experiences strengthened my belief that the body may be capable of far more recovery than we sometimes realize, especially when it has access to the right support.
When it comes to health and healing, I have repeatedly chosen a different path. I believe everyone deserves access to options, information, and support that empower them to become an active participant in their own well-being.
My experiences led me to search for effective, non-invasive ways to support circulation, recovery, energy, mobility, sleep, and overall resilience. After experiencing the role BEMER played in supporting my own recovery, I knew this was something more people deserved the opportunity to experience.
